Junior Warranties Administration & Technical Support - Construction Machinery (VOLVO)

Duties&Responsibilities:

• Handling warranties and guide problem troubleshooting

• Warranties data entry and follow-up at the manufacturer’s systems

• Provide technical support, create reports, and communicate with the  Workshops' Technical Responsible

• Communication and service optimization towards Customers and Partners

• Support customers and manage complaints

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Master's degree in a relevant field, will be considered a plus

• Knowledge of modern Machinery or vehicle operation

• Excellent knowledge of Ethe nglish language (written & oral) - understanding of technical terms will be considered as an asset

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience in customer support and complaints handling

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to search and solve complex issues independently

• Positive attitude, initiative ·    

• Analytical mind, commercial thinking, and innovative approach

• Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates)
