 JUNIOR CORPORATE LAWYER

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely legal advice on various issues, mainly related to commercial, corporate, civil, publi,c and labor law.

• Draft, solidify, and review legal documents to ensure the company’s rights are correct.

• Conduct legal research to stay up to date on changes in legislation and to ensure that your advice is based on the latest legal developments.

• Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority, etc.).

• Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to all members of the organization.

The ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:

• BSc degree in Law.

• A Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration will be considered an advantage.

• Proven experience of at least three (3) years as a corporate lawyer in the business environment and/or a large law firm. Experience in the field of public tenders under Law 4412/2026 will be considered an asset.

• Sound judgment and the ability to analyze situations and information.

• Time management and the ability to meet strict deadlines, working under pressure.

• Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies.

• A high degree of professional ethics and integrity.

• Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).

• Ability to create relations of trust.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
