 Area Sales Representative, Automotive Sector

• Supervision of dealer network, development of sales, and market share growth of the brand within the assigned area

• Market and competitor research within the area of responsibility

• Preparation of a Sales and Marketing action plan for each authorized dealer

• Evaluation and improvement of the network’s customer service performance indicators

• Strengthening of cooperative relationships with authorized dealers in the assigned region

• Design and implementation of a training & action plan

• Be responsible for communicating the benefits of our company’s products and services to drive and develop sales

• Be accountable for clientele enrichment, customer service, and constant monitoring and reporting of the market and sector competition

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

✅Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Business, or a relevant field.

✅ A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant position.

✅Outstanding written and verbal use of the English Language.

✅Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.

✅Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.

✅Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.

✅ Initiative-taking mindset.

✅Excellent use of Microsoft Office Tools.

✅Availability to travel.

✅Military obligations fulfilled (for male applicants).
