Recruitment Campaigns & Outreach: Design and implement seasonal internship recruitment strategies; build and deliver engaging company presentations at schools, both remotely and in person; represent the organization at career fairs and recruitment events across Europe; maintain and expand proactive relationships with over 90 hospitality and tourism schools and agencies.
Candidate Selection & Offer Management: Screen student CVs and conduct interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit; issue formal internship offers with clear instructions in line with Greek/Spanish labor law and institutional requirements; secure acceptances and signed offers, coordinating with schools to prepare three-party agreements and supporting documents.
Documentation & Compliance: Validate, sign, and archive all required paperwork to confirm placements and ensure compliance with local labor regulations and academic institutions; manage workflows for international students, including accommodation, Erasmus documentation, and role clarification.
Onboarding & Engagement: Guide students through pre-arrival steps (briefings, travel queries, documentation, accommodation support); ensure smooth handover to resort HR Operations; visit properties to assess intern engagement and satisfaction, gathering feedback to improve future cycles.
Performance & Development: Facilitate performance evaluations by coordinating feedback between managers and schools; draft personalized recommendation letters based on managers’ feedback; conduct exit interviews and share insights with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance recruitment strategy.
Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with HR Operations, schools, and managers to ensure seamless internship experiences, compliance, and continuous improvement of recruitment and engagement processes.
What will you bring?
Experience & Education: 3–5 years in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within hospitality or service industries; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Languages: Fluency in Greek and English (written and verbal) required; Spanish considered a strong asset.
Communication: Excellent presentation and public-speaking skills, with the ability to inspire and engage large student audiences.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building capabilities with students, managers, schools, and external partners.
Organization & Problem-Solving: High attention to detail, ability to manage heavy administrative workloads, and proactive issue resolution.
Flexibility & Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across Europe for fairs, school visits, and property check-ins.

Στα πλαίσια του πλάνου ανάπτυξης συγκαταλέγεται η λειτουργία 4 νέων ξενοδοχειακών εγκαταστάσεων στην Ελλάδα και thn Ιβηρική χερσόνησο και η επέκταση 2 υπαρχόντων resorts, που αναμένεται να δημιουργήσουν πάνω από 2.600 νέες θέσεις εργασίας.
