Your main purpose

Data Quality Assurance: Conducts audits, cleanses, and ensures the integrity of data within the Data Warehouse (DWH) and production databases, collaborating with teams like CRS, B2B, Sales, and Front Office to maintain adherence to data collection processes and ensure reporting accuracy.

Data Integration & Enrichment: Leads efforts to incorporate new internal data sources into the DWH, enhancing reporting capabilities and uncovering new insights.

Data Transformation & Reporting: Automates the extraction, transformation, and delivery of data from various sources, providing key stakeholders with actionable reports.

Report Development & Optimization: Designs and refines dashboards and reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery in alignment with business requirements.

Strategic Support: Contributes to budgeting, forecasting, and competitive market analyses to deliver actionable insights and enhance decision-making.

Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Serves as a bridge between internal teams and external partners, addressing data-related issues and driving new data initiatives.

What will you bring?

Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Data Analysis, Operations Research, Statistics, or Mathematics.

Technical Proficiency: Expertise in tools including MS Office, Advanced Excel, Power BI (with DAX), SQL, Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, Python, R, ORACLE DB, and Tableau.

Experience: 5-7 years of professional experience as an Analyst, specializing in Business & Market Analysis, Analytics, or Customer Insights, with a strong preference for experience in the Hospitality sector.

Data Analysis & Visualization: Proven ability to leverage advanced analytical and visualization tools to extract actionable insights and present data effectively.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities in the Hospitality industry, enhancing the relevance of analytical outputs.

Language Skills: Proficient in English, ensuring effective communication across diverse teams and stakeholders.
