Guest Service: Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a seamless and personalized service experience from delivery to setup. Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests courteously.

Setup & Presentation: Professionally set up orders in the guests' rooms, ensuring tables, trays, and equipment are arranged for maximum comfort and aesthetic appeal.

Coordination: Process orders accurately, maintain clear communication with the kitchen and the rest of the team.

Cleanliness & Efficiency: Collect trays and trolleys from guest rooms and corridors in a timely and discreet manner. Maintain the room service station, equipment, and trolleys in impeccable condition, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and organization.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in a food & beverage service role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.

Fluency in English, with an additional language being a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for guest satisfaction.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of food handling and safety standards is essential.

Valid European or international driving license (required).
