Strategic Thinking & Vision Alignment: Communicates a clear, strategic vision aligned with business goals. Brings forward innovative, out-of-the-box ideas to drive measurable business results.

HR Strategic Partnership & Departmental Coordination: Acts as a strategic partner to HRSMs, aligning department priorities with company objectives. Manages daily/weekly tasks autonomously with precision and consistency.

Business Partnering with Operations & External Stakeholders: Collaborates confidently with GMs, HMs, Horizontal Directors, and external partners. Builds trust with senior management to ensure successful project execution and alignment.

Project & Task Management: Monitors progress, ensures deadlines are met, and provides support as needed. Coordinates with HRSMs across resorts to adapt project execution to each location.

Development of SOPs, Processes & Policies: Identifies operational needs and drafts SOPs, processes, and policies for HR Operations. Collaborates with HRSMs and counterparts in Iberia to ensure global consistency.

Use of HR Data for Optimization & Insights: Utilizes HR analytics to propose improvements in productivity and departmental efficiency. Applies data-driven insights to support operational excellence (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, sick leaves).
