Health & Safety Strategy: Lead the development and execution of health and safety initiatives within Facilities Management, aligning with broader organizational goals.

Policy & Compliance Oversight: Design, implement, and continuously review safety policies while ensuring adherence to local, national, and international regulations through audits and risk assessments.

Training & Awareness: Develop and deliver targeted safety training programs to enhance staff preparedness, emergency response, and ongoing awareness across facilities.

Incident & Risk Management: Investigate safety incidents, perform root cause analyses, and drive corrective and preventive actions to mitigate future risks.

Operational Safety Integration: Conduct facility assessments, lead hazard identification efforts, and work cross-functionally with senior leadership to embed safety into day-to-day operations.

Vendor & Performance Management: Oversee safety compliance among external contractors and vendors, and track key safety performance metrics to report progress and drive continuous improvement.

What will you bring?

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Facilities Management, Environmental Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Industry Experience: Minimum of 10 years in health and safety management, with a strong emphasis on facilities management within the hospitality or service sectors.

Professional Certifications: NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent safety certifications highly desirable.

Regulatory Expertise: Deep understanding of health and safety regulations, standards, and best practices relevant to facilities and infrastructure.

Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage projects, and effectively coordinate with vendors, staff, and senior stakeholders.

Technical Proficiency: Skilled in conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and implementing data-driven improvements to safety programs.
