Execute and maintain HR administrative processes including file management, documentation, updating Pylon databases, payroll and benefits processing*, and support recruitment and onboarding activities.

Maintain data integrity and consistency in HR systems (e.g., Pylon, Ergani), and manage sick leave and annual leave documentation.

Maintain proactive communication with new hires throughout pre-boarding and onboarding, ensuring a positive experience.

Support the implementation of compliance policies and procedures; manage correspondence and requests from external audits, local authorities, and public services.

Participate in compliance audits and risk assessments; assist in preparing compliance reports and metrics for HR management.

Collaborate with the HR Accommodation team to ensure proper housing arrangements for seasonal staff, and stay updated on legislative changes and compliance trends.

What will you bring?

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field; additional training or certification in labor law, payroll*, or compliance is a plus.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in structured or regulated environments.

Familiarity with HR processes such as documentation management, onboarding, employee relations, and payroll & benefits administration*.

Comfortable handling labor and compliance documentation with high accuracy.

Proficient in HRIS systems (ideally Pylon, SAP, Meta4) and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook.

Fluent in English, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of digital and hardcopy HR documentation.
