hr operations & compliance manager

Coordinate execution of HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, personnel documentation, payroll data input, and ensure timely and accurate employee data entry into HR systems.

Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks, maintaining alignment with company standards and labor regulations.

Monitor compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, company policies, and manage administration efficiency through accurate documentation, employee files, and system records.

Manage employee relations by monitoring issues, providing guidance for resolution, conducting exit interviews, and escalating matters as necessary; report key insights to management.

Prepare and handle compliance reports, HR metrics, and dashboards for senior management; serve as liaison with internal/external auditors and regulatory authorities on compliance matters.

Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to support compliance training and education, while managing work accidents and monitoring absenteeism within acceptable market levels.

What will you bring?

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree in HR Management, Labor Relations, or Compliance is highly valued.

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, with strong expertise in labor compliance, employee relations, reporting, applying HR SOPs, and conducting internal HR audits in regulated industries (hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing).

Experience dealing with audits, labor inspections, and regulatory authorities is highly valued.

Strong knowledge of labor laws, social security regulations, and local compliance frameworks; proficient in HRMS systems (Pylon preferred) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail in documentation and compliance tracking, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders, external auditors, regulatory bodies, and to train/advice managers and staff on compliance and HR standards; proficiency in English required, additional languages a plus.
