Procure to Pay (PTP) process: Analyses and evaluates PTP process and procedures, in order to automate the end-to-end process while ensuring a controlled environment. Timely identifies potential areas for improvement, proposing and follows-up on initiatives to automate processes focusing on a continuous monitoring of controls.
Procure to Pay (PTP) data: Checks the quality of master and transactional data related to the PTP process, ensuring data is accurate, timely, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory and Group policy requirements. Performs regular audits to ensure compliance by applying data mining techniques and possibly AI tools to ensure data quality.
Procure to Pay (PTP) systems: Analyses and tests financial systems configurations and re-designs, in order to automate and increase efficiency of the end-to-end process. Participates in the testing procedures of each new finance automated process prior of going live. Develops and maintains documentation including system designs, operational manuals, and process workflows. Guides and educates the wider teams across the organization on PTP process excellence and supports ERP users.
Digital tool integrations and automations: Targets a broader integration with machine learning and intelligent digital tools aiming for autonomous finance operations activities and a wider integration with 3rd parties across the PTP process (Vendor Portal, e-Invoicing, E-Banking).
Team collaboration: Focuses on internal communication and strong collaboration with all departments across the organization, and in particular the IT department. Coordinates with various teams to ensure business objectives.
Process excellence & support: Contributes to ensuring PTP process excellence, guiding teams, supporting ERP users, and maintaining alignment of automated processes with business objectives.
What will you bring?
Education: University degree in Business, Finance, Data or Computer Science or a related field. A Master’s degree will be considered a plus.
Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience within a similar position that requires applying knowledge of business process management and PTP automation technologies. Experience with ERP systems and with AP automation tools. Experience in a multinational business environment will be considered an asset.
Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
Digital tools & technology: Familiarity with AI tools and other digital tools will be considered an asset. Knowledge of Internal Audit standards and procedures will be considered an asset. Exposure to APQC or other related process taxonomies and benchmarks will be considered an asset.
Certifications: Professional Certifications (ex. ACCA, CIA, CIMA, Six Sigma) will be considered an asset.
Languages: Fluency in English, both spoken and written, at a professional corporate level. Fluency in Greek and Spanish Language will be considered a plus.
