The Finance Business Partner acts as the key liaison between the Finance department and business units, helping stakeholders understand financial performance, make informed decisions, and achieve strategic goals. This role requires a strong combination of analytical capability, commercial insight, and excellent communication skills.

Partner with department heads (e.g. Sales, Marketing, IT, ESG) to provide financial insights and support decision-making, and contribute to strategic planning and long-term financial modelling.

Prepare and present monthly management reports, including variance analysis and KPIs, while continuously improving reporting processes, tools, and systems.

Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes across business units, and monitor financial performance against targets to support corrective actions.

Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to drive performance improvement, and develop business cases for new initiatives, projects, or investments.

Ensure financial governance, compliance, and internal controls are adhered to, working closely with FP&A and Accounting teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data.

What will you bring?

University degree in Finance or Economics backed by an MSc in Finance, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in Finance and Business or Big 4 Consulting Firms.

Proficiency in MS Office suite with advanced skills in Excel; Power BI background will be considered an asset.

Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with fluency in both written and verbal communication in English and Greek.

Knowledge of Entersoft or other ERP experience will be considered an asset.
