Project Development and Planning
Support the team in reviewing building plans in collaboration with the design team and consultants. Assist the Senior Project Manager in estimating project planning, defining milestones, and establishing deliverables across all architectural design disciplines. Coordinate with internal departments to align project scope and manage relationships with consultants and contractors.

Scheduling and Compliance Management
Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, identifying critical paths and potential delays. Implement effective scheduling strategies to optimize timelines. Ensure compliance with all applicable standards and requirements and support overall project planning efforts.

Execution and Oversight
Conduct coordination meetings with all stakeholders during the design phase to ensure cross-disciplinary alignment. Oversee execution phases to guarantee adherence to specifications, codes, and quality standards. Ensure timely support from the Design Department to construction teams.

Monitoring and Reporting
Regularly report progress to the Senior Project Manager throughout both design and construction phases. Conduct site inspections to verify design implementation and provide constructive feedback to construction teams.

Risk Management and Budgeting
Support risk identification and help develop mitigation strategies to prevent project disruptions. Actively resolve emerging issues to maintain project momentum. Assist in managing budgets and applying value engineering or other strategies to meet financial constraints.

Documentation and Stakeholder Relations
Ensure proper project scoping, permit acquisition (in coordination with the Permits Department), and contract compliance. Maintain and update all project documentation. Foster strong relationships with internal departments, consultants, and contractors. Address and resolve project-related issues and ensure project delivery meets or exceeds senior management expectations.

What will you bring?

Educational Background and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management is required. Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is considered a plus. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in design and construction within hospitality projects is essential.

Language and Communication Skills
Bilingual proficiency in Greek and English is required, with a minimum English level of C1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to interact effectively with clients, internal teams, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Software and Technical Proficiency
Proficiency in project management software and tools is expected. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and AutoCAD is required. Knowledge of Revit and BIM tools is highly preferred for drawing and visualization tasks.

Project and Time Management
Strong time management skills are essential to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and allocate resources efficiently. The ability to recognize and focus on critical priorities, while managing administrative duties and team coordination is key.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking
A proactive and creative approach to problem solving is vital, especially when addressing design challenges and ensuring projects stay on track. Strong reasoning and analytical skills are required to evaluate complex architectural plans and make sound decisions aligned with project goals.

Organizational and Visualization Skills
Effective organizational skills are necessary to manage project documentation, contracts, and communications. Strong drawing and visualization abilities, whether by hand or using digital tools, are fundamental for conveying architectural ideas and ensuring design intent is clearly understood by all parties.
