Περιγραφή Θέσης
Ensure GDPR Compliance: Monitor and assess the company’s data protection framework to ensure full compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations, including conducting audits and DPIAs.
Policy & Process Development: Draft, update, and implement data protection policies, ensuring alignment with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
Internal & External Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for data protection matters, liaising with staff, regulators, public authorities, and the external Data Protection Officer.
Training & Awareness: Design and deliver training programs to foster a strong data protection culture and ensure employee understanding of compliance requirements.
Data Subject & Breach Management: Oversee responses to Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and manage investigations and reporting of data breaches when necessary.
Contract & Documentation Oversight: Draft and review Data Protection Agreements and other privacy-related documents, while maintaining a structured and up-to-date contract management system.
What will you bring?
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Information Security, or a related field.
Professional Experience: 5+ years in data protection, privacy compliance, or a similar role, with strong knowledge of GDPR and related regulations.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, or CISSP are a plus.
Skills & Competencies: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
Communication: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Language & Mobility: Proficient in English and open to frequent travel (approx. once a month) for audits and compliance activities.

Στα πλαίσια του πλάνου ανάπτυξης συγκαταλέγεται η λειτουργία 4 νέων ξενοδοχειακών εγκαταστάσεων στην Ελλάδα και thn Ιβηρική χερσόνησο και η επέκταση 2 υπαρχόντων resorts, που αναμένεται να δημιουργήσουν πάνω από 2.600 νέες θέσεις εργασίας.
Μέσα από τη λειτουργία των ξενοδοχειακών συγκροτημάτων του, ο Όμιλος παραμένει συνεπής στις δεσμεύσεις του για την υιοθέτηση βιώσιμων και φιλικών προς το περιβάλλον πρακτικών, καθώς και για τη στήριξη της τοπικής κοινωνίας, την ενίσχυση της τοπικής παραγωγής και προϊόντων και τη δημιουργία θέσεων εργασίας, ταυτόχρονα με την επίτευξη ισχυρών αποτελεσμάτων.
