Workforce Forecasting & Planning – Design and refine workforce forecast models, analyze gaps between forecasted and actual data, and align staffing needs with business goals.

Capacity Calculation & Sizing – Develop and maintain capacity forecast models, conduct regular capacity reviews, and design a sizing model integrating interaction volumes and workforce capacity.

Scheduling & Workforce Optimization – Improve scheduling models, ensure real-time scheduling aligns with business demands, and optimize workforce efficiency through data-driven strategies.

Reporting Development & Automation – Create standardized reporting frameworks, implement KPIs, consolidate reports at a global level, and automate data extraction for reports and dashboards.

Data Quality & Validation – Collaborate with Senior Data Analysts to maintain high data integrity, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting for effective decision-making.

Research, Collaboration & Data Preparation – Support cross-functional communication, gather and prepare relevant data, and assist in data analysis projects to align business functions.

What will you bring?

Educational Background & Industry Expertise – University degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in data analysis within the hospitality industry.

Workforce Management & Forecasting – Experience in WFM, forecasting, and scheduling to optimize workforce planning.

Technical & Analytical Skills – Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, R, Python) and data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI).

MS Office & Attention to Detail – Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Communication & Collaboration – Strong ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Language Proficiency – Fluency in English (written and spoken) to support clear and effective communication.
