Project Development & Planning: Lead the development and review of building plans in collaboration with design and architectural teams. Define project scope, estimate milestones, and manage deliverables for each discipline related to the architectural design. Coordinate with internal departments and maintain strong relationships with consultants and contractors.

Scheduling & Compliance Management: Develop and oversee project schedules, ensuring alignment with deadlines, standards, and regulations. Identify critical paths, potential delays, and implement strategies to optimize project timelines. Ensure all compliance requirements, permits, and regulatory standards are met.

Execution & Oversight: Conduct stakeholder coordination meetings to ensure seamless collaboration across all disciplines. Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to design specifications, building codes, and quality standards. Provide timely support from the Design Department to construction teams.

Risk, Budget & Performance Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to minimize disruptions. Proactively resolve issues to maintain project continuity and efficiency. Manage budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial constraints.

Monitoring, Reporting & Documentation: Track and report project progress to stakeholders throughout the design and construction phases. Conduct site inspections and provide constructive feedback to construction teams. Ensure proper documentation, contract compliance, and coordination with the Permits department.

Leadership & Stakeholder Relations: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, consultants, and contractors. Address project-related issues, ensuring smooth collaboration and stakeholder satisfaction.

What will you bring?

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management. Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in hospitality design and construction projects. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

Fluent in Greek and English (Minimum English level: C1). Proficient in project management software and tools, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and AutoCAD (Revit knowledge preferred).

Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects, and ensure timely completion while maintaining quality. Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to anticipate challenges, develop creative solutions, and ensure smooth project execution.

Technical & Visualization Skills: Expertise in architectural drawing (hand-drawn, CAD, and BIM) and the ability to visualize and communicate project concepts. Organizational & Leadership Skills: Efficient handling of documentation, contracts, stakeholder coordination, and team management to drive project success.

Stakeholder Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication to liaise effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and construction teams.

Compliance & Risk Management: Ensuring all regulatory requirements are met, managing project risks, and maintaining financial and operational control.
