Τι θα κάνεις
- Εκτελείς επιθεωρήσεις και audits QA/QC για εργασίες MEP σε όλες τις φάσεις κατασκευής.
- Εξετάζεις και εγκρίνεις method statements, ITPs, material submittals και shop drawings για συστήματα MEP.
- Παρακολουθείς την εγκατάσταση, το testing και το commissioning μηχανολογικών, ηλεκτρολογικών και υδραυλικών συστημάτων.
- Εντοπίζεις μη συμμορφώσεις, εκδίδεις NCRs και παρακολουθείς διορθωτικές και προληπτικές ενέργειες.
- Συντονίζεσαι με εργολάβους, ομάδες επίβλεψης, μελετητές και εκπροσώπους του πελάτη για τεχνικά και ποιοτικά ζητήματα.
- Τηρείς τεκμηρίωση QA/QC, αρχεία επιθεωρήσεων, αναφορές δοκιμών και αρχεία ποιότητας.
- Υποστηρίζεις τις ομάδες διαχείρισης έργου με τεχνική συμβολή και μετριασμό κινδύνων σχετικά με την ποιότητα MEP.
- Συμμετέχεις σε εργοταξιακές συναντήσεις και παρέχεις τεχνικές συμβουλές για την ποιότητα κατασκευής.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 8+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εμπειρία σε επιθεωρήσεις και audits QA/QC MEP, διαδικασίες ελέγχου ποιότητας και διαχείριση μη συμμορφώσεων.
- Γνώση συστημάτων MEP, μεθοδολογιών κατασκευής και εγκατάστασης, testing και commissioning MEP.
- Εξοικείωση με method statements και ITPs, material submittals και shop drawings.
- Γνώση διεθνών προτύπων και τοπικών κανονισμών.
- Ικανότητα στην τεκμηρίωση QA/QC και το τεχνικό reporting.
- Άριστη γνώση ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας.
