Τι θα κάνεις
- Βοηθάς στην ανάπτυξη και συντήρηση χρονοδιαγραμμάτων και προγραμμάτων εργασίας έργων
- Υποστηρίζεις τις ομάδες έργου στον προγραμματισμό, την παρακολούθηση προόδου και την αναφορά χρονοδιαγραμμάτων
- Ενημερώνεις τα χρονοδιαγράμματα και παρακολουθείς την απόδοση του έργου σε σχέση με τα βασικά σημεία αναφοράς
- Ετοιμάζεις αναφορές προόδου, πίνακες ελέγχου και τεκμηρίωση σχετική με τον προγραμματισμό
- Συντονίζεις με διαχειριστές έργων, μηχανικούς και ομάδες εργοταξίου για τη συλλογή και επαλήθευση δεδομένων προόδου
- Εντοπίζεις αποκλίσεις χρονοδιαγράμματος και υποστηρίζεις στην ανάπτυξη σχεδίων αποκατάστασης και αντιμετώπισης
- Συμμετέχεις σε συναντήσεις ελέγχου και προγραμματισμού έργων
- Εξασφαλίζεις την ορθή τεκμηρίωση και αρχειοθέτηση δραστηριοτήτων προγραμματισμού και χρονοπρογραμματισμού
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση MS Project και οδηγιών προγραμματισμού έργων
- Καλή γνώση MS Office και ιδιαίτερα Excel
- Κατανόηση κύκλου ζωής κατασκευαστικού έργου και αρχών χρονοδιαγράμματος
- Ικανότητες αναλυτικής σκέψης, επικοινωνίας και τεκμηρίωσης
- Εμπειρία στον έλεγχο έργων και στην προετοιμασία αναφορών προόδου
- Συντονισμός με ομάδες έργου και συνεργασία με μηχανικούς και διαχειριστές
- Πολιτική Μηχανική / Μηχανολογία / Αρχιτεκτονική / Διαχείριση Κατασκευών
