Qualifications
MSc Civil, or Electrical, or Mechanical Engineers with over 15 years general experience and at least 5 years’ experience in Mangerial positions of Metro projects for employment in Greece.
Fluency in Greek and English language both written and spoken
Roles & Responsibilities
- Review the Contractor’s plans, schedules and strategies.
- Manage Team of more than 30 experts
- Prepares engineering monthly reports
- Identify areas of improvement in procedures, implementing best industry practices.
- Ensure that comprehensive records are maintained and properly organized and archived by the Contractor for future reference and compliance purposes.
- Coordinate with the Client, Contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth integration and commissioning of Metro Systems.
- Identify potential risks and work on mitigation plans to minimize impact on project time schedule.
- Ensure all activities adhere to applicable laws, safety standards and regulations, minimizing risk to workers, passengers and the environment.
- Implement Quality Control measures to guarantee that the Metro Systems meet the required standards and performance criteria.
- Address technical issues and challenges, collaborating with relevant teams to find effective solutions.
- Supervises, monitors and evaluates the performance of the Contractors, Subcontractors,
- Dealing with the contract management of the project
