- Συμμετέχεις στον σχεδιασμό μενού και στην προετοιμασία mise en place
- Παρακολουθείς τα αποθέματα πρώτων υλών και αναφέρεις ελλείψεις
- Τηρείς τα πρότυπα υγιεινής και ασφάλειας HACCP
- Συντονίζεις και οργανώνεις την ομάδα στις καθημερινές λειτουργίες
- Συνεργάζεσαι στενά με τον Sous Chef / Head Chef για ομαλή λειτουργία
- Διατηρείς σταθερή απόδοση κατά τις περιόδους αιχμής και μη
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Γνώση ζεστής και ψυχρής κουζίνας
- Εμπειρία σε έλεγχο αποθεμάτων, παραλαβή προμηθειών και σωστή αποθήκευση υλικών
- Ικανότητα σχεδιασμού μενού και προετοιμασίας mise en place
- Ηγεσία ομάδας και συνεργασία με Sous Chef / Head Chef
- Διαχείριση χρόνου και ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση
- Επαγγελματική στάση, αίσθημα ευθύνης και ομαδικό πνεύμα
