social media content & community coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and social media–savvy individual to join our team as a Social Media Content & Community Coordinator. The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day management and monitoring of the company’s social media accounts, ensuring prompt and friendly communication with the online community.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to comments & messages across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).

• Manage and engage with online communities in line with the brand’s tone of voice.

• Support in content creation and scheduling.

• Assist with simple reports and basic analytics (engagement, sentiment, trends).

• Share community insights and feedback with the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (internship or project experience in digital/social media will be considered a plus).

• Familiarity with major social media platforms (FB, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn).

• Creative mindset and interest in social media trends.

• Fluency in Greek and English (verbal and written).

• IT literate (MS Office and basic knowledge of scheduling or monitoring tools).
