The Sales Specialist is responsible for managing the relationships with the online travel agencies (OTA) to drive revenue and ensure the seamless operation of our digital sales channels. The role cooperates closely with internal stakeholders to support the implementation of the strategies that optimize sales and elevate customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Manages and grows the relationships with OTAs to maximize revenue opportunities.
Ensures the accurate and up-to-date content (fares, schedules, promotions) on OTA platforms.
Analyzes the OTA performance using data tools to identify trends and propose improvements.
Coordinates with internal stakeholders to resolve booking or payment issues promptly.
Monitors the market and competitors’ activity to identify growth opportunities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Data analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strong attention to detail and results orientation.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development (preferably in the travel/airline industry).
Strong understanding of digital sales and OTA ecosystems.
Fluency in Greek/English (verbal and written).
IT literate (MS Office suite, BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
