Τι θα κάνεις
- Ηγείσαι της υλοποίησης και μετάβασης του προγράμματος μετασχηματισμού PSS και DCS.
- Συντονίζεις εσωτερικούς stakeholders, εξωτερικούς vendors και συνεργάτες υλοποίησης.
- Καθοδηγείς τις δραστηριότητες migration, testing, training, cutover και deployment.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι programme governance, προϋπολογισμούς, κινδύνους, χρονοδιαγράμματα, πόρους και απόδοση.
- Υποστηρίζεις τη σταθεροποίηση μετά το go-live, την επιχειρησιακή μετάβαση και τη συνεχή βελτίωση.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 10+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση προγραμμάτων και έργων, programme governance και budget management
- Μετασχηματισμός επιχειρησιακής λειτουργίας μεγάλης κλίμακας
- Passenger Service Systems (PSS), Departure Control Systems (DCS) και Migration PSS
- Διαχείριση stakeholders και επικοινωνία με senior stakeholders
- Vendor management, risk management και cross-functional leadership
- Εμπορικές και επιχειρησιακές διαδικασίες αεροπορικής εταιρείας, καθώς και testing, training, cutover και deployment
- Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Μηχανική / Πληροφορική / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίο
