The Online Travel Agent Accounts Executive is responsible for managing relationships with online travel agencies (OTAs) to drive revenue and ensure the smooth functioning of online booking channels.
The OTA Account Executive collaborates closely with internal teams to implement strategies aimed at optimizing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of digital sales strategy.
- Maximise short- and long-term revenue opportunities and reduce cost of sale.
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with new and existing OTA accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date content, including fares, schedules, and promotions, is displayed on OTA platforms.
- Utilize data analytics tools to analyze OTA performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to improve sales and marketing strategies.
- Generate key performance insights, market trends and business opportunities.
- Monitor OTA performance metrics and devise strategies to maximize revenue generation and profitability.
- Address any booking or payment issues promptly and efficiently, liaising with OTAs and internal departments to ensure timely resolution.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Provide input and initiate recommendations involving product placement, pricing, and program/policy formulation to optimize GQ sales within each trade partner’s marketplace.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in oral and written Greek and English.
