Sky Express is currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Specialist, to join our IT Department in Athens International Airport area. The right candidate should be passionate, self-driven and willing to collaborate closely with non-technical teams.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users within the organization, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues and inquires
• Respond to support tickets, phone calls, and emails, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications for employees
• Set up and maintain user accounts and access privileges across various systems and applications
• Conduct regular equipment inventory checks and maintain accurate records of hardware and software assets
• Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of audio-visual equipment, conference rooms, and other IT-related infrastructure
• Ensure effective communication and provide positive support experience for end-users

Requirements:

• Diploma and/or Degree in Computer science/engineering or IT
• Microsoft and/or CompTIA Certification will be considered a plus
• Prior experience in the airline industry is considered a plus
• Good knowledge of the English language
