in-flight catering supply chain associate

The In-flight Catering Supply Chain Associate will be part of the Catering and Inflight Services team and responsible to ensure the timely and cost‑effective availability of all on‑board retail items and operational consumables. The role focuses first on the inbound supply chain and warehouse integrity, oversees the end‑to‑end inventory management and
coordinates the outbound logistics to aircraft and bases.

Responsibilities:

• Inbound Supply Management – Forecasts demand, raises and tracks purchase orders, and ensures suppliers deliver on‑time‑in‑full (OTIF).

• Warehouse Inventory Control – Maintains accurate stock records, safety levels and expiry‑date compliance, and minimizes waste and shrinkage.

• Sales & Consumption Analysis – Monitors electronic point‑of‑sale data and revenue per passenger to refine provisioning levels and load plans.

• Outbound Logistics Coordination – Plans and manages shipments from warehouse to aircraft and outstations, ensuring OTIF performance.

• Performance Reporting – Produces concise weekly dashboards on stock cover, supplier OTIF, and sales variance using business‑intelligence and spreadsheet tools.

• Continuous Improvement – Support process optimization projects.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years working experience in supply chain, inventory control, or logistics within retail, FMCG, or inflight services.

• Fluency in Greek and English (verbal and written).

• IT literate (MS Office and especially Excel for data analysis and reporting).
