SKY express is looking for a Flight Dispatcher to support the safe, efficient and compliant execution of all flights. The role includes flight planning, real-time monitoring and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file flight plans, fuel calculations and route assessments based on weather and airspace conditions.

• Ensure compliance with ICAO/EASA regulations and operational procedures.

• Monitor flights in real time and coordinate with flight crew for any required adjustments.

• Manage operational disruptions (weather deviations, CTOT, delays, technical issues).

• Coordinate with ATC, ground services and OCC teams for safe and efficient operations.

• Prepare post-flight reports and support continuous improvement processes.

Requirements:

• Studies in Flight Dispatch, Aviation, Transport or related field preferred.

• 2+ years previous experience in OCC, Flight Dispatch or similar aviation operations.

• Valid Flight Dispatcher License will be considered as an asset.

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

• Proficient in IT (MS Office).
