crew scheduling officer (athens - based) – full time.

SKY express, the fastest-growing Greek airline, is currently seeking to hire a Crew Scheduling Officer who will join our Crew Rostering team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the preparation and the production of crew schedule including all the required pre and post activities in accordance with EU -ops. These activities contain:

• Scheduling of the required trainings (Flight, Ground and Simulator in cooperation with Training Department.
• Collaborate with HOTAC admin for out of base duties (dead head crew and duty tickets, transportation, and Hotel accommodation).
• Plan and monitor the annual leaves.
• Handling crew requests
• Preparation and Distribution of crew rosters in accordance with EASA and company flight and duty limitations.
• Check the legal compliance of the monthly schedule against all authority rules and safety regulations.
• Upon publication of above schedule, responsible for managing the day-to-day flight activities of crew members while also ensuring compliance with department standards.
• Monitoring the daily flight operation and respond to irregularities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or experienced in related field.
• Confidence user of Greek & English language.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office 365 suite.
• Able to work in a flexible schedule, weekends, and bank holidays.
