Περιγραφή Θέσης

The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for corporate sales and business development activities. This role plays a critical function in driving business growth, increasing brand awareness, and ensuring the successful implementation of the company’s commercial strategies tailored to the corporate sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire high value corporate accounts promoting SKY express as their preferred carrier for their business travel needs.
  • Actively initiate and follow up on sales actions, obtain sales leads and dynamically seek new business.
  • Identify trends, customer preferences, and monitor competitive landscape through research and analysis.
  • Coordinate with Revenue Management, Pricing and Product departments to develop the most appropriate service offering for each corporate account.
  • Regularly make sales visits to clients and travel trade partners to conduct presentations, seminars, provide updates on products and services.
  • Handle corporate booking requests by providing direct technical administration and support.
  • Manage and monitor bookings in SKY express booking tools.
  • Monitor payments for corporate bookings and ensure that these are applied as per agreed schedule and SKY express policy.
  • Administer weekly booking spreadsheets and weekly reporting with each account’s performance.
  • Be the airline’s ambassador within the corporate portfolio to maintain strong relationships ensuring positive strong brand position.
  • Establish company as the corporate partners’ airline of choice.
  • Represent and promote company in communities’ events, trade shows, familiarization trips and workshops.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Very good negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Time-management skills and ability to work under pressure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Travel Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A master’s degree will be considered an asset.
  • Proven experience in corporate sales management.
  • Familiarity with the Greek travel trade, including travel agents, tour operators, and industry stakeholders.
  • Fluency in oral and written English.
  • Proficiency Knowledge of MS Office.
