The CRM & Salesforce Specialist is responsible for the development and execution of the company’s CRM strategy.

This role has a critical scope role in managing and optimizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, by leveraging Salesforce, to enhance customer engagement, improve sales processes, and drive organizational growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute CRM campaigns using Salesforce, aligning with SKY Express’s business objectives.
• Segment customers based on behavior and preferences for targeted communications.
• Implement customer journeys and automated workflows to increase retention and conversion.
• Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other platforms, maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct A/B tests and optimize campaigns based on performance.
• Analyze and report on campaign KPIs, using insights to inform ongoing strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of CRM experience with deep expertise in Salesforce.
• Background in digital marketing, customer segmentation, and retention strategies.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Fluency in Greek and English (oral and written).

Preferrable Qualifications:

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or SQL.
• Experience with A/B testing.
• Previous experience in the airline or travel sector.
