Τι θα κάνεις
- Ηγείσαι της υλοποίησης και διαχείρισης του Passenger Service System (PSS) της αεροπορικής εταιρείας.
- Ευθυγραμμίζεις επιχειρησιακές διαδικασίες και καθορίζεις λειτουργικές απαιτήσεις για βασικές λειτουργίες της αεροπορικής εταιρείας.
- Συντονίζεις δοκιμές, εκπαίδευση, ετοιμότητα ανάπτυξης και δράσεις υιοθέτησης από την επιχείρηση.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι παραμετροποιήσεις συστήματος, βελτιώσεις και αλλαγές που σχετίζονται με προμηθευτές στο οικοσύστημα PSS.
- Προωθείς τη διακυβέρνηση του συστήματος, τη συνεχή βελτίωση και τη βελτιστοποίηση της λειτουργικής απόδοσης.

- 7+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Passenger Service Systems (PSS), PSS implementation και Airline platform administration
- Airline business processes, Business requirements analysis και Airline technology transformation
- System configuration και Testing coordination
- Training coordination και Deployment readiness
- Vendor management και System governance
- Operational performance optimization, IT proficiency και MS Office
