ancillary revenue analyst

The Ancillary Revenue Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing the ancillary revenue streams and providing insights to support the growth and optimization of our ancillary products.

This role plays a key role in increasing the airline’s profitability, enhancing customer experience through tailored services and supporting the company’s competitive position in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and revenue trends related to ancillary products.
• Provide reporting and analysis on ancillary product performance and market trends.
• Monitor pricing and performance of ancillary services, recommending adjustments to maximize revenue.
• Identify new opportunities for ancillary revenue through customer insights and market trends.
• Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark our offerings against industry standards.
• Ensure seamless integration of ancillary products on booking platforms.

• Very good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in revenue analysis, pricing, or a related field (preferably in aviation).
• Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools.
• Understanding airline revenue management and ancillary products is an advantage.
• Fluency in oral and written English.
• Proficiency Knowledge of MS Office.
