- Διαχειρίζεσαι το λογιστήριο και την ομάδα αποτελούμενη από πάνω από 10 επαγγελματίες
- Εποπτεύεις την προετοιμασία των οικονομικών καταστάσεων σύμφωνα με IFRS και Greek GAAP
- Εξασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με τη φορολογική νομοθεσία και την υποβολή των στοιχείων myDATA
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τις διαδικασίες κλεισίματος μηνιαίων, τριμηνιαίων και ετήσιων
- Επιβλέπεις τις εργασίες του γενικού καθολικού, συμφωνίες λογαριασμών και εγγραφές ημερολογίου
- Υπεύθυνος για όλες τις φορολογικές δραστηριότητες και την ακρίβεια των δηλώσεων
- Ηγείσαι των διαδικασιών ελέγχου και συνεργάζεσαι με εξωτερικούς ελεγκτές
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τις καθημερινές λειτουργίες λογιστηρίου όπως λογαριασμούς πληρωτέους και εισπρακτέους
- Βελτιώνεις τις πολιτικές, διαδικασίες και εσωτερικούς ελέγχους του λογιστηρίου
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 6+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση IFRS και Greek GAAP
- Εμπειρία σε Διαχείριση Λογιστηρίου και διαδικασίες κλεισίματος
- Καλή γνώση Φορολογικής νομοθεσίας και myDATA
- Χειρισμός SAP accounting system και MS Office
- Άριστη κατανόηση Συμμόρφωσης οικονομικής αναφοράς και Διαδικασιών ελέγχου
- Ικανότητες Ηγεσίας ομάδας και Επίλυσης προβλημάτων

Περιγραφή Θέσης
We are currently looking for a dynamic Accounting Manager to join our Accounting Team in SKY express. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and compliance in accounting reporting, and supporting the company’s accounting strategies.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and oversee the preparation of statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS/Greek GAAP.
Lead a team of over 10 professionals within the Accounting department, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and proper submission of statutory data (including myDATA).
Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
Supervise and manage general ledger functions, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and the monthly closing process.
Oversee all tax-related activities, ensuring accurate filings, reporting, and reconciliation of tax balances.
Lead audit processes and maintain strong collaboration with external auditors to ensure successful and timely audits.
Manage daily accounting operations, including AP, AR and general ledger activities and drive continuous improvement through robust policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of working experience as an Accountant or Auditor, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role. Experience in the Aviation, Transportation, Big4 companies, and in general ledger and closing processes will be considered an asset.
Strong knowledge on tax legislation, myDATA, IFRS, and regulatory requirements, with the ability to stay up to date on changes.
Proficient in IT (MS Office suite and SAP accounting system).
Fluency in Greek and English (verbal and written).
