Your Day-to-Day
Investigating and managing identified issues using technical tools
Providing 1st level support for banking digital products
Collaborating with implementation tech teams to resolve problems
Continuously improving support and troubleshooting processes
Your Key Strengths
Basic knowledge of Back-End programming (e.g., C#, APIs)
Hands-on experience with testing & troubleshooting tools (e.g., Postman)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude
