tech facilitator

We are looking for a Tech Facilitator to support and enhance the delivery of digital and technology-driven projects. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating technology adoption, supporting teams in implementing digital tools, and ensuring smooth collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will act as a bridge between technology and people, helping teams work smarter and more efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on digital initiatives.

• Support the integration and usage of digital tools, platforms, and technologies across teams.

• Organize and deliver training sessions or workshops to improve digital literacy and tool adoption.

• Monitor and document progress, identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to tools or workflows in collaboration with IT teams.

• Promote best practices for efficient collaboration, digital transformation, and knowledge sharing.
  

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in a technology coordination, IT support, or digital transformation role.

• Strong understanding of digital collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Confluence).

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.

• Proven ability to train and guide users through new systems and processes.

• Organized, proactive, and adaptable, with strong problem-solving abilities.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools or basic analytics (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).

• Interest in emerging technologies and continuous learning in digital innovation.
