Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Κατανόηση τραπεζικών προϊόντων και προτάσεων πελατών στον χρηματοπιστωτικό τομέα

Περιγραφή Θέσης
We are looking for an experienced Transformation Consultant to join our team supporting a major banking transformation programme. You will work directly embedded with the client's transformation team, operating independently across both advisory and project management responsibilities. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong professional standing, the ability to navigate complex organisational dynamics, and the confidence to engage senior stakeholders at General Manager and Senior Director level.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading advisory workstreams across product design, proposition development, pricing, and communications planning for new banking products and digital initiatives
Managing and coordinating concurrent programme workstreams, overseeing both project management activities and hands-on delivery of selected workstream tasks
Acting as the primary interface between the transformation team and Piraeus Bank stakeholders, proactively chasing progress on activities and ensuring timely reporting
Maintaining a clear, up-to-date picture of progress across all workstreams and flagging risks or delays to the transformation team
Navigating internal client politics with sensitivity and professionalism, maintaining trust and balance across all stakeholder groups
What You'll Bring
Background in banking or financial services with solid understanding of banking products and client propositions
Proven experience managing senior stakeholders (Senior Directors, General Managers) in a consulting or transformation context
Strong project management skills with the ability to hold multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing grip on details
Consulting pedigree and the seniority to operate with autonomy in a demanding, fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Greek is a strong advantage
Nice to Haves
Prior experience with Greek banking institutions or the broader Greek financial services market
Familiarity with digital banking transformation and mobile app rollouts
Experience working alongside or within McKinsey-style consulting teams
