Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Κατανόηση και εμπειρία σε Scrum, Kanban, Lean και Agile frameworks
- Δεξιότητες διευκόλυνσης, επικοινωνίας και επίλυσης συγκρούσεων
- Ικανότητα coaching σε Agile αρχές και βελτίωση απόδοσης
- Οργανωτικές και ικανότητες διαχείρισης χρόνου
- Εμπειρία με εργαλεία Jira, Confluence ή Azure DevOps

We are looking for a Scrum Master. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing obstacles, and guiding teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently. You will serve as a coach and advocate for Agile principles, ensuring smooth collaboration between product owners, developers, and stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Support one or more cross-functional Agile teams in delivering software solutions on time and with high quality.
Identify and remove impediments that slow down team progress.
Foster continuous improvement and help teams adopt Agile best practices.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs and prioritize work.
Track and report team performance metrics to ensure transparency and alignment.
What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in software development environments.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and Agile frameworks.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proven ability to coach teams in Agile principles and improve delivery performance.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a focus on results.
Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
