Your Day-to-Day  

• Designing and implementing multi-channel campaigns and customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.)

• Translating business needs into actionable, high-impact marketing automations

• Building seamless integrations with external platforms via REST APIs

• Writing and maintaining clean, efficient SQL, HTML, and JavaScript code

• Working hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams—marketers, developers, designers, product owners—to bring campaigns to life

• Participating in agile ceremonies and client workshops to align on strategy and execution

• Monitoring, optimizing, and troubleshooting campaigns to ensure top performance

Your Key Strengths

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience implementing marketing automation solutions with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• Strong technical skills in HTML, SQL, JavaScript, and REST APIs

• Experience designing and launching multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, Viber)

• Solid understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and journey building

• Fluent in both Greek and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills

• Comfortable working in agile environments and cross-functional teams
