Are you an experienced QA professional with a knack for leading teams and optimizing testing processes? We’re searching for a QA/Test Lead to oversee and enhance the Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) practices. If you have a passion for quality and experience in test management, this is the role for you!
Your Day-to-Day
Organize, manage, and execute the QA testing and UAT practices.
Define and implement QA/UAT strategies, providing governance and oversight for QA teams.
Lead and contribute to test scenario authoring and execution activities to ensure robust test coverage.
Utilize Azure DevOps Test Plans (or similar tools) for end-to-end test management, tracking, and reporting.
Guide the team in using test automation suites like Selenium and Playwright to streamline testing processes and ensure high-quality releases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance test strategies and improve product quality.
Your Key Strengths
5+ years of experience in QA, with proven experience leading QA and UAT teams.
Strong expertise in QA/UAT strategy definition and team management.
Hands-on experience with test management tools like Azure DevOps Test Plans.
Familiarity with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright).
Excellent leadership and communication skills for coordinating cross-functional teams.
