lead test analyst

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lead Test Analyst to oversee and coordinate all aspects of software testing for our client's projects. The successful candidate will lead the testing team, define test strategies, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business and customer requirements.

Your Day-to-Day  

• Lead and mentor a team of test analysts, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skills development.

• Define, implement, and maintain the overall testing strategy, approach, and standards.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into comprehensive test coverage.

• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data.

• Coordinate and execute testing activities across all levels: functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT.

• Ensure test automation solutions are scalable and in line with organizational goals.

• Track, manage, and report on defects, risks, and testing progress.

Your Key Strengths

• Proven experience as a Test Analyst / QA Engineer, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead role.

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Hands-on expertise with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps).

• Solid experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG).

• Good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
