We are seeking a skilled LANSA Developer to join our client's team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the LANSA platform and a solid background in software development for business-critical systems.

Your Day-to-Day  

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using the LANSA framework (Visual LANSA, LANSA for the Web, RDML).

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

• Optimize and modernize legacy LANSA applications for improved performance and scalability.

• Integrate LANSA solutions with databases and external systems.

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and bug fixing.

Your Key Strengths

• Proven experience as a LANSA Developer (Visual LANSA, RDMLX, or related tools).

• Strong knowledge of IBM i (AS/400, iSeries) systems and databases.

• Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or similar).

• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and integration frameworks.

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
