We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to be the go-to person for all things tech! Your Day-to-Day
🔹Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
🔹Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, and other IT equipment.
🔹Manage user accounts and permissions on various systems.
🔹Monitor and troubleshoot network and system performance to ensure optimal operations.
🔹Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and resolve complex issues.
🔹Document technical processes and provide training to users as needed.
Your Key Strengths
🔹2+ years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
🔹Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, with experience troubleshooting a variety of devices.
🔹Familiarity with networking basics (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
🔹Experience in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration.
🔹Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
🔹Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical users clearly.
