- Παρακολουθείς τους κινδύνους, τα ζητήματα και τις αλληλεξαρτήσεις των έργων εφαρμόζοντας στρατηγικές μετριασμού
- Ετοιμάζεις και παρουσιάζεις αναφορές κατάστασης, πίνακες ελέγχου και τεκμηρίωση για διακυβέρνηση έργων
- Εξασφαλίζεις ποιότητα και συμμόρφωση σε όλα τα παραδοτέα των έργων
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση έργων IT και γνώση μεθοδολογιών όπως Agile, Waterfall, Scrum
- Διαχείριση ενδιαφερόμενων μερών, επικοινωνία και ηγεσία
- Εργαλεία διαχείρισης έργων όπως Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello
- Επίλυση προβλημάτων και οργανωτικές ικανότητες
- Διαχείριση κινδύνων και κατανομή πόρων
- Reporting και διαχείριση ποιότητας

We are looking for an IT Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects that align with business goals. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure successful implementation of IT solutions that drive organizational efficiency and innovation.
What You'll Be Doing
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and strategic objectives.
Develop project plans, define scope, set timelines, and manage resource allocation.
Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and progress tracking.
Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and documentation for project governance.
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience in IT project management or a related technology leadership role.
Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously within scope, time, and budget.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
