We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented BI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions that turn data into actionable insights. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Your Day-to-Day 

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and manage ETL/ELT processes to integrate data from multiple sources into the data warehouse.
• Create and maintain semantic layers and data marts to support self-service analytics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand key metrics and deliver relevant visualizations.

Your Key Strengths

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field would be considered a plus.
• 3 years’ experience in developing DWH on Microsoft platforms, including at least 1 Azure technology. This experience should include design and developing tables, external tables, stored procedures and ETL processes.
• 2 years’ experience in developing data flows using Databricks technology.
• 1 year experience in designing and developing reports / dashboards using Power BI.
• Ability to understand BI business requirements and to design BI solutions, datamarts, reports and ETL flow to meet these requirements.
• Experience on developing ETL handling huge volumes of data.
