Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Βασικές γνώσεις λειτουργικών συστημάτων Windows
- Γνώσεις εννοιών δικτύωσης TCP/IP, DNS, routing, LAN
- Κατανόηση βασικών πρακτικών ασφάλειας IT
- Εμπειρία ή γνώση στη διαχείριση χρηστών και αδειών Microsoft 365
- Ικανότητα στην εγκατάσταση, διαμόρφωση και δοκιμή υλικού και λογισμικού
- Εξοικείωση με συστήματα ticketing και εργαλεία διαχείρισης περιουσιακών στοιχείων
- Πληροφορική / Μηχανική Υπολογιστώνκατά προτίμηση
