- Ορίζεις και επικοινωνείς το όραμα προϊόντος, τη στρατηγική και το οδικό χάρτη για τον αμυντικό χαρτοφυλάκιο της εταιρείας
- Μεταφράζεις τις ανάγκες της αμυντικής αγοράς και τις επιχειρησιακές απαιτήσεις πελατών σε υψηλού επιπέδου απαιτήσεις προϊόντος
- Συντονίζεις με τον Τεχνικό Υπεύθυνο την προτεραιοποίηση χαρακτηριστικών και παρακολούθηση των οροσήμων προϊόντος
- Διεξάγεις έρευνα αγοράς και ανάλυση ανταγωνισμού στους τομείς άμυνας, αεροδιαστήματος και ασφάλειας
- Υποστηρίζεις τις αλληλεπιδράσεις με βασικούς πελάτες και προσφέρεις εκπαίδευση και προώθηση προϊόντων σε υπηρεσίες και εκθέσεις
- Είναι κεντρικό σημείο επικοινωνίας για όλα τα θέματα σχετικά με το προϊόν
- Συνεργάζεσαι με την ομάδα Marketing για το σχεδιασμό και εκτέλεση καμπανιών προϊόντος και υλικό προώθησης
- Αξιολογείς και βελτιώνεις συνεχώς τα προϊόντα λαμβάνοντας υπόψη ανατροφοδότηση, αναλυτικά δεδομένα και τάσεις αγοράς
- Αξιολογείς το ROI των πρωτοβουλιών ανάπτυξης και προτείνεις ενημερώσεις στρατηγικής προϊόντος
- Διεξάγεις εκπαιδεύσεις σε εσωτερικές και εξωτερικές ομάδες ενδιαφερομένων
- Ηγείσαι της διαδικασίας ανάπτυξης προϊόντων συντονίζοντας διατμηματικές ομάδες
- Καθορίζεις και παρακολουθείς το σχέδιο κυκλοφορίας προϊόντων σε συνεργασία με τον Τεχνικό Υπεύθυνο
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εμπειρία και γνώση τομέα άμυνας, αεροδιαστήματος ή ασφάλειας
- Κατανόηση των στρατιωτικών διαδικασιών προμηθειών και προτύπων NATO
- Στρατηγικός σχεδιασμός και διαχείριση κύκλου ζωής προϊόντος
- Συντονισμός διατμηματικών ομάδων και χρήση εργαλείων παρακολούθησης έργων όπως Jira, Confluence
- Έρευνα αγοράς και νοημοσύνη με αναλυτικές δεξιότητες
- Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και επίλυσης προβλημάτων με παρουσίαση ιδεών σε τεχνικά και μη κοινά
- Αξιολόγηση ROI και συνεργασία για υποστήριξη πωλήσεων
- Παράδοση εκπαίδευσης σε εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς φορείς
- Business Administration / Engineering / Computer Scienceκατά προτίμηση
