procurement, logistics & warehouse assistant

SCYTALYS is currently looking for a Procurement, Logistics & Warehouse Assistant passionate about their field of work.

(Responsibilities) About the role / What you can expect:

The ideal candidate will provide support at the tasks below:

• Purchase Requests’ Review and Purchase Order Release to Vendors in an efficient and professional manner.
• Contact with vendors getting quotations and negotiating these with them, coordinating for order deliveries.
• Equipment receiving, storage and delivery to the internal stakeholders and the clients, as per the company’s procedures.
• Faulty Equipment Handling including RMA request, issuance of the proper documentation, track of the repair status and of the equipment return, as per the schedule.
• Optimizing the logistics procedures by monitoring the shipments, the transportation cost and the delivery timelines.
• Conduct of the annual on-site inventory, prepares inventory listings to include the location and status of all equipment.
• Import/ Export License Issuance (If required to be issued).
• Optimally utilize ERP information systems in procurement/ WH processes.

Required Skills:

• University degree in Logistics/Supply Chain OR Business Administration OR Economics or related required;
• 3-4 years of experience in Procurement/ Logistics/ Warehouse Operations relevant field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Problem-solving, Organizational & Communication skills.
• ERP systems familiarity would be considered as a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Multi-Tasking, willing to take initiatives and take quick decisions
• Attention to detail, organized and problem resolving mentality.
