As a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist you will:
- Plan, create and manage Google Ads campaigns across a variety of channels
- Measure, refine & report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against ROI goals
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend based on performance
- Plan, execute and measure tests across ad creative and landing pages to optimize conversion
- Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate, test and refine the end-to-end multi-channel customer experience
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of all client-facing deliverables
- Develop, communicate and monitor growth and efficiency targets for client campaigns and agency business
- Collaborate with Account and Design Teams to develop digital plans that support client objectives
Job requirements
What you will bring:
- At least 4 years of experience as a Google Ads Specialist or similar role
- University degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration (MSc is a plus)
- Data-driven and proven ability to analyze data for insights through Google Analytics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Excel proficiency a must
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to measure, test & refine
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to self-manage while handling projects under tight deadlines
