it administrator & support specialist

As an IT Administration & Support Specialist you will:

• Provide technical support to employees on-site/remotely, via phone, email and chat
• Troubleshoot & resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops and peripherals
• Maintain and upgrade IT systems, including managing user accounts and access permissions
• Assist with software installations, updates and configurations
• Administer mail accounts, aliases and groups
• Perform hardware repairs and replacements as needed
• Document technical issues, resolutions and IT procedures
• Participate in the implementation of new technologies and IT projects
• Ensure system security and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards
• Set up laptops and assist in onboarding new employees, providing necessary training and support
• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless IT operations and continuous improvement
• Utilize remote access tools and service desk software to provide efficient support

Job requirements

What you will bring:

• Proven experience in IT support for 1-2 years
• Working knowledge of
• Windows OS (Mac/Linux is a plus)
• Networking: LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory
• Hardware: Laptops, Printers/Copiers/Projectors
• Knowledge of Hubspot CRM & Project Management Tools like Asana or Redmine is a plus
• Basic Desktop applications:
• Application Deployment and updates as needed
• Microsoft 365 & Azure environments
• Data recovery tools such as Google Doc, Sheets, Slides
• Google Workspace (is a plus)
