devops engineer

We’re developing a modern, cloud-native SaaS product, and we’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to help us scale, secure, and automate our infrastructure. As our DevOps Engineer, you’ll be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines that power our cloud-native platform.

You’ll work closely with our engineering teams to ensure smooth deployments, high availability, business continuity and secure operations across environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Azure-based infrastructure using IaC (Terraform).

• Build, maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, ArgoCD etc.).

• Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads.

• Implement observability and alerting (Azure Monitor, Application.

• Insights, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Jaeger, etc.).

• Ensure security best practices across environments (networking, secrets, identity).

• Support blue/green deployments, canary releases, and rollback strategies.

• Collaborate with developers to streamline deployments and improve system reliability.

• Contribute to tooling and automation using Golang and scripting languages.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles.

• Strong experience with Azure services (Application Gateway, ACR, AKS, Key Vault, etc.).

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Kustomize and Terraform.

• Solid understanding of monitoring, tracing, and logging in distributed systems.

• Knowledge of networking, security, and observability in cloud environments.

• Familiarity with Golang for tooling or operator development.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Spark on Kubernetes or data-intensive workloads.

• Exposure to FinTech or regulated environments.

• Familiarity with cost optimization strategies in Azure.
